Obtaining a Town Zoning Permit
1. Determine which zoning district your property is in.
a. County Website Map - Zoning Map **
b. Contact Zoning Administrator (ZA), Jeff Kussow at [email protected].
Please include your name, property address and tax parcel number starting with 022.
The ZA will respond with the zoning district your property is located in.
2. Determine what application, if any, is necessary to proceed with your
proposed project.
a. Contact ZA at (920) 785-7332 to discuss your proposed project.
b. The ZA will email appropriate application and forms and inform you of the fee(s) to obtain a zoning permit for the project.
3. Determine if any other permits are required for your project.
a. Town (for example Driveway Permit)
b. Building NOTE: A separate building permit is required for home construction
c. County (for example Shoreline Zoning Permit)
1. Contact County ZA Jessica Van Buren at (715) 526-4619
2. Possible permits needed - County Permits
d. State and/or Federal (for example DNR Wetland Permit)
